Terms and Conditions
I am thrilled that you are interested in the Sacred+Sovereign Journey. If you decide to open yourself up to this leadership path you will experience one of the most personally uplifting and inspirational periods of time in your life and space holding. Before submitting your application I require you to read the following information very carefully and then tick the appropriate box to indicate that you have fully understood and accepted all terms and conditions of enrolment.
1. Agreement
These terms and conditions form the agreement between Julie Parker (“I” “me” “my”) and our Clients (“you” “your”). This agreement commences when you enrol in Sacred+Sovereign (the “Journey”) and continues until termination is made in accordance with these terms.
2. My commitment to you
Sacred+Sovereign is conducted by way of:
All space holders will receive materials which have been created specifically for the journey.
3. Enrolment and Commencement
Sacred+Sovereign will accept enrolments at any time prior to the commencement of the Journey until sold out. Once the enrolment fee has been received on the terms below, you will be sent an official welcome email confirming your application is complete. After your acceptance you are welcome to contact julie@beautifulyoucoachingacademy.com with any needs you may have.
4. Your commitment to me
4.1 Sacred+Sovereign requires a commitment of time, co-operation and participation over six months. To successfully immerse and enjoy the journey you need to dedicate to it approximately 4 hours per week.
4.2 You acknowledge that undertaking Sacred+Sovereign may at times be personally challenging and you will not knowingly undertake the Journey if you believe that you will not respond well to personal conversations, personal growth and constructive feedback.
4.3 All group calls will be recorded and by enroling in Sacred+Sovereign you consent to these recordings which are made available to all space holders in the experience.
5. Your commitment to each other
5.1 You acknowledge that you are undertaking an adult learning journey and that everyone has individual approaches to participation. You acknowledge that there may be times when you or other space holders will have a difference of opinion or values and that you will deal with those differences with dignity and respect for yourself and others.
5.2 You will hold the confidentiality of all space holders in the journey with you in the highest way.
6. Participation requirements
6.1 Space holders agree to participate in Sacred+Sovereign in good faith and in a way so as to not bring disrepute or cause reputational or other damage to me, whereby I reserve the right to remove any space holder from the Journey immediately and without refund should these requirements according to my interpretation be breached.
6.2 You agree that you will not upload or provide content in the Online Portal which is:

7. Your financial commitment
7.1 All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars and are exclusive of GST which only applies to Australian residents. GST will be added to the fees below during the enrolment process.
7.2 In order to secure your commitment in Sacred+Sovereign I require payment in full of $2495AUD (group only) or $5495AUD (group with add on sessions).
7.3 Alternatively, I accept payment by way of monthly instalments on a 6 month (6 x $437 AUD) or 12 month (12 x $218 AUD) plan at no extra cost. Each following payment will be withdrawn from your account on the same or near date each month.
7.4 While I provide all of the Journey materials, space holders are responsible for the costs associated with transport and accommodation if required to the in person day.
7.5 I reserve the right to remove you from the Journey if you are in arrears and/or failing to be in communication with me about owed funds. You will be reinstated at any time you pay your owed fees. No removal from the Journey without communication and opportunities to liaise with me regarding your owed fees will take place. You acknowledge that if your account is overdue, at my discretion, I reserve the right to refer the account to a Mercantile Agency for collection and you agree that all costs chargeable by the agency (as if the account had been collected by the agency) will be added to the account and legal costs incurred by me to collect the account will be recoverable “on an indemnity basis” and will form part of the debt.
8. Withdrawing
8.1 I conduct my services in accordance with, and you have the rights as provided by, the Australian Consumer Law (“the law”). Under the law, I am not required to provide a refund for a change of mind for any reason.
8.2 Cooling off Period
Despite my rights by law, I offer a cooling period during the period of time between your enrolment up to one week prior to the journey commencement. After that time no withdrawals are possible and all fees are owed.
9. Warranties and Indemnities
10.1 I do not warrant that the Online Portal will be uninterrupted or error free or that its content or the server are free of viruses or other harmful components. I maintain current anti-virus software, however to the extent provided by law, I do not guarantee against third party interference or that the Online Portal or its content will be compatible with third party software or hardware. I am not liable for any default due to an act of God, war, terrorism, strike, lock-out, industrial action, fire, flood, storm or other event beyond the Owner’s reasonable control.
10.2 You agree to indemnify me, my partners, licensors, affiliates, contractors, officers, employees and agents for any claim arising directly or indirectly from your acts and omissions in using the Online Portal pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
10.3 You acknowledge that while you will be receiving a Journey in Sacred+Sovereign, you will not hold me responsible for anything related to your personal business success or otherwise including your income and client attraction.
11. Intellectual Property
I retain the right to all intellectual property (whether registered or not) that is created by me and you agree not to disclose, sell or deal with my materials in any way other than in accordance with these terms and conditions. Breaches of copyright including the sharing of any materials in the Journey with any person not enroled, will be treated as a breach of this agreement and legal counsel pursued. I track all use of materials in the Online Portal including downloads.
12. Termination
This agreement will terminate automatically upon completion of Sacred+Sovereign. This agreement will be terminated without notice if you fail to pay any amounts owing by the due date. I reserve the right to terminate this agreement if a breach of the terms occurs. I also reserve the right to terminate this agreement in the unfortunate event that I become unable to provide the services requested, in which case all monies paid for work not undertaken will be refunded.
If your Journey is terminated you will no longer have access to the Online Portal. The restrictions imposed on you with respect to the material provided to you, payment obligations, and the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities contained in these terms and conditions will survive termination.
13. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria and Australia.

If you have any concerns relating to Sacred+Sovereign you are welcome to contact julie@beautifulyoucoachingacademy.com asap detailing your concerns and how you believe it can be swiftly resolved, where you will receive prompt support and attention. Depending upon your enquiry you may receive a reply directly from me or a member of my team.

6.2 You agree that you will not upload or provide content in the Online Portal which is:
- defamatory, fraudulent, unlawful, threatening, intimidating, harassing, disrespectful, inappropriate, harmful, hateful, abusive, tortious, obscene, invasive of another’s privacy, sexist, racist, homophobic, violent or degrading;
- infringes the intellectual or other proprietary interests of third parties;
- contains spam, chain letters, pyramid and other such selling and marketing schemes, computer viruses, computer code, files or programs or other harmful components that are designed to interrupt, destroy, change or limit the functionality of the Site or any other computer software, hardware or other electronic equipment, information which in any way impinges on another user’s use or enjoyment of the Site or otherwise breaches or encourages other users to breach these Terms and Conditions;
- violates any law; or
- encourages or incites any other person to engage in any of the above behaviour;
6.2 Space holders also agree that you will not :
- Use technology or other means that is not authorised by the Owner to access the Site or Group Calls including AI ‘bots’, notetakers or third party apps
- Use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, “robots,” “spiders,” or “offline readers,” to access the Site;
- Attempt to, or introduce viruses or any other computer code, files or programs that may interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of the Online Portal;
- Gain or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Online Portal including the networks or user accounts; or
- Attempt to or engage in conduct that damages, disables, overburdens, or impairs the Online Portal, servers or networks.
7. Your financial commitment
